William XTO also has a Cross Timbers Royalty Trust. Not sure whether there are any more besides the three mentioned here. They may well be the best way to control bank debt. I would like to find out how much of their producing properties are wholly-owned and how much will have their profits conveyed to various trusts. It looks like a quarterly sale of trust units will really generate earnings but if they skip a quarter.....hmmmm. Not sure if a trust sale is being done this quarter but the Permian sale scheduled for Oct should certainly prop up 4Q earnings. John
