Russ, This is big stuff -- we are truly out of the danger zone at this point and can now start thinking about drilling holes again. Not sure what the "5th Step" of the financing plan will be. Each of the first 4 were already outlined in the S-3 that was filed with the SEC. Can't seem to find any more steps in there. Maybe all they mean is by that is, to complete the Fortenberry and: 1)get the additional financing from Aqulla, & 2) get the new pipeline completed and hooked up. With $3 gas and companies scouring the markets for drill-ready prospects, Benz is in the driver's seat for selling prospects at this point.
