Between now and the record date for the shareholders' meeting (which
probably won't be until mid-Sept.), anyone who buys Tracer not only gets
the potential interest in the Internet deal, but they also will get shares
in Tracer International. And if a big deal in Iran comes through as we
expect during the next couple of months, then they will see the Tracer
International shares do well, too.

So, by buying in now, you get two "bites of the cherry".
