You are correct Walter mvee.com is just my investor web site. I compiled the Cataldo bio, paltel.com , the dates and $$$ figures in the bio were confirmed via multiple sources and are believed to be accurate, but should by no means be considered gospel. None of the information was provided or confirmed by either Cataldo, MVEE or IR. In the conference call Cataldo indicated that he arranged the financing at PMTI acting as an investment banker.
