I agree Peter, if the filing is rejected the stock drops like a rock. If it is a technical fix it will recover more quickly but a lot of luster will be taken off the stock. I think the stock settles into the mid thirties once the filing is accepted. Approval by the Biologicals advisory committed will push it into the 40s.
