PLC Systems Inc. Announces Departure of William C. Dow Company Chairman and Co-founder Edward H. Pendergast Named Interim CEO FRANKLIN, Mass., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- PLC Systems Inc., (Amex: PLC) today announced that William C. Dow will be resigning as president and chief executive officer to pursue a new opportunity. He will continue his role as a member of the company's Board of Directors. PLC also announced that Chairman of the Board Edward H. Pendergast will serve as interim President and CEO during the transition. The Company has retained an executive search firm to assist in hiring a permanent CEO.
