Mike - IBM, HP and CPQ remote management packages are all free with the servers. There are various additional services which can be added, such as load monitoring, resource monitoring, etc. to me is the difficulty for the business model that relies on service for revenue and earnings growth. You are confusing professional services with break-fix and maintenance services. The big services revenue does not come from fixing computers, it comes from planning systems, networks, management strategies, service levels, etc.
