Hi Mark. I complained to Schwab last year about the slow response and they said then they were going to assign a specific server to Gold and Plat users,,, must be a standard response to get us off of the phone. I'm no programmer, but I would think they could design a front end to pick up the account number when we sign on and direct it to any server they wanted to. I haven't installed Velocity yet and probably won't until it gives me some benefit.
