No, he's not buying libraries. He's fills the libraries with PCs that run his software!!!

He's doing it all over the country.

A few months back I read a story about a small library in the south. They received boxes of computers. They unpacked the boxes, they set up the computers, and they tried to run Windows.

Then, they put the computers back into the boxes and either sent the boxes to a warehouse or returned the PCs to MSFT.

Windows was too much for them<g>
