Quest Software Announces Exercise of Overallotment Option in Connection With Its Initial Public Offering
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1999--Quest Software Inc., (Nasdaq: QSFT - news) Thursday said that its underwriters have exercised their overallotment option to purchase 660,000 additional shares of Quest common stock at $14.00 per share.
The transaction closed today. The company sold 4.4 million shares of common stock in its initial public offering at $14.00 per share on Aug. 13, 1999.
The company offered all the shares sold in the offering. BancBoston Robertson Stephens Inc. was the lead manager for the offering with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, CIBC World Markets and FAC/Equities serving as co-managers.
