Back from a working vacation. It does seem to this non TA guy that AXC is finally basing???? Thought we might see a settlement by Mitsu by now, but looks like they're going to press it to the bitter end, and from what others have kindly posted here, it looks pretty sure they'll lose to AXC. Seems pot is at least 10M, probably more. I wonder if any $ changes hands over the last trial???
