As I have pointed out before, although it may be that you did not read the posts, we cannot be sure how far our experience reflects the objects which stimulate perception, because consciousness has its own forms to which phenomena must conform. We can be confident that there is a correlation, but not that our experience is comprehensive. Therefore, the true constitution of the cosmos must always have an element of mystery. Secondly, just as it would be a mistake to assume that all of America is like one's own neighborhood, we are limited in extrapolating all kinds of things about the world and the cosmos from our limited experience, especially if we reject out of hand reports that contradict our prejudices. There are more things in heaven and earth, Terrence, then our dreamt of in your philosophy....
