The house was mine alone at 5:30 this morning after Ammo left for swim practice. So far (gee- all of five days!) the quiet hasn't bothered me, but then I have always needed a lot of alone time. When Dan proposed 22 years ago, I said and meant it as the highest compliment, "Being with you is like being alone."
It didn't translate the way it was meant to, though, and he has never let me forget it.
You will have many years of chaos yet! Wait til the teens!
