Hello Capslock: I agree with you 100%. This is a speculation play. It really has no value until cash is exchanged. For now, we are at the mercy of the MMs.

As to the nice weather in Colorado, maybe the drilling crew has gone skiing. I understand they have different priorities in Skiorado.
