One thing I do know about Loral is that they make a better satellite than LMT!!!!

HEADLINE: South Korean satellite launch by Ariane rocket delayed
DATELINE: SEOUL, Aug 27
The launch of a South Korean satellite by Europe's Ariane rocket
has been delayed indefinitely because of feared technical glitches,
telecommunication authorities said here Friday.
"The launch of Korea Sat III has been delayed. We have no idea how
long it will take to go ahead with the launch," a spokesman of state
telecoms provider Korea Telecom said.
"Our staff are in Guyana to meet with Ariane and Lockheed engineers to
discuss whether to dismantle the satellite for a close look into it,"
he said.
The telecommunication satellite, manufactured by US-firm Lockheed
Martin was scheduled to be put into orbit from the South Aemrican
country on September 1.
But the launch was put off after satellite manufacturer Lockeed warned
Korea Telecom about a potential problem with the satellite after a
similar satellite owned by Indonesia ran into trouble.
The Indonesia Telkom-1 experienced problems with its solar pannels
following its launch on August 13, Korea Telecom said.
This launch of the Korean statellite will be the fourth this year and
the second since April.
Arianespace, the French company that runs the programme, plans eight
launches before the end of the year to make up for lost time.
