Downgrade came in just as a little rebound looked to be taking place over the last week.... typical manipulation.....reminds me of DELL before the their earnings report someone for the last 4 months had come out and gave downgrades.......then magically upgrades to buy and strong buy just few weeks later after earnings. BTW EGRP and AMTD are not dell either. Good luck. EW
