kz, samsung is up to around 90% 800. said should be at 100% soon. there is a market for 600 just not for pc. i.e., toshiba is selling all of their 600 parts to sony for PII. the threads concentrate on pc's. pc's and servers are only 50% of rambus' forecasted revenues. lots of other uses for rdram. unclewest
