Hello Mr. Trocchi: WEBB $5M bridge financing from Castle Creek. CC rings a bell, but I can't place them. Can anyone peg CC's history? Is this likely to be a dire convertible? No terms is poor form for the existing shareholders. Usually not much leverage and unfavorable terms for a firm when they are strapped for cash because they mow through it without results.
