Meryem, please read earlier posts to this thread. The president of
E-data is currently answering questions on a Prodigy forum for the
next few days only! I have had him answer me by e-mail also. Go
to their new website at e-data.com and e-mail him from
there.

My opinion on your questions: E-data is asking for fees for previous
violations of the patent, hence the Amnesty Program. I believe they
will continue to persue infringements of the patents. I think
the word infringement implies a past occurrence. I do not know what
length of window (statute of limitations) is available for obtaining
damages.

This is the cool thing about this company and its patent, it invites
many questions and speculation and seems to attract intelligent
informed investors.
