He was off during his IPO due to conflict of interest. Now that it's over, he's allowed back on. But he's an idiot, and they only bring him on for "color". Besides, The Street now has a show in development on Fox News as part of Fox purchasing shares prior to the IPO, so CNBC probably won't want him on anymore due to competitive issues. Either way, he's a shill for MSFT and his opinions carry as much water as a dehydrated anorexic.
