There is no reason why that the data cannot be fixed. If you would have taken the time to go through the Time and Sales for CPQ, (with QCharts T&S....) you would have noticed that there were CANCELLATION records in the data stream. Didnt I mention that on the previous post?

Those records can be parsed out by whoever is the data provider for Quotes Plus and fixed. Surely, QP can at
least try to notify the data provider and give them a chance to fix it.


I would love to have 100% accurate data but given the time and cost constraints I don't believe it is possible. I believe there are more people who would rather get data with a few errors by 6:30 p.m. EST/EDT than there are people who are willing to wait until the next day for near error free data. Hence given the existing time and cost constraints the present method of delivering data works very well. When errors are found in the data Quotes Plus has been very good about sending out corrections to the data and when users find errors they must report them to Quotes Plus.
