recent statyements about soi suggessts at least rwo questions, Does this technology slow down the approach to GaAs? Amd does the adoption of soi extend the viability of 200mm and thus slow down the investment in fabs and/or conversion to 300mm? The answer to the second question could be very critical to those of us who are investing in various segments of the semi equpmnent industry
