I wonder if CIST already had an offer, but had until August 31st to turn it down. I wonder if Genome Securities created that CIST web site just to see if they could find a better offer.

I hope it does not take them three months to make the announcement. However, I would like to see CIST's next SEC filing of financial data before the announcement.
