Perhaps that's true with the late starters becoming compliant but
I think that particular scenario has played out to a large extent.

Business software took an enormous hit late last year and early this year as regular clients (companies) channeled their funds into the Y2K solutions and had to forego normal business softfware upgrades.

Business software should be (and is to some extent already) a big beneficiary when/as normalcy returns.
