Hi H James Morris; Re Galli: You would think that someone being hired as chief operating officer and president would have more faith in the company than to require a safety net. Maybe the officers of this company know a little more about the fundamental value of the company stock than do most of the people buying it retail:

Online retailing giant Amazon.com is paying Joseph Galli, its new president and chief operating officer, a base salary of $200,000 per year with a stock options award of 1.96 million shares that is likely to be worth at least $20 million.
