Jim, take it from me, the move to do LASIK is increasing alot...I am just starting to do Lasik on my patients...Patients want LASIK...Patients want to get back to work as soon as possible(imagine that?)...PRK's results are similar to Lasik, assuming the patient doesn't have very, very high myopia...nothing new about PRK being a "no touch" procedure...by the way, PRK and Lasik are both surgical produres and should only be done by a surgeon, this is very important! Anyone interested in doing eye surgery should go to medical school first, don't you think so? There are good reasons why medicine is regulated, you may not think so, but that is really another subject...
