Small Cap Analyst moves TOUP to BUY from Hold rating....Aug 25, 99 (from Small Cap) PS they mention Dr. Santilli "a former Nobel prize nominee" who is doing the Energy Symposium to 70 leading researchers from around the world. My plan is simple blend out 1/3 of position to recover cost and hold the rest for that "nest egg" we have all been waiting on.....good hunting for those who are skilled and good luck to those who are not! Just back from Cayman....a .coconut, banana and spiced rum run with fun had by all !!! Now that's a island that could use MagneGas. PS to Glen....I will bet greetree is just pissed off cause he sold TOUP during recent run down and now must wait 30 to get back in.
