Quote.com's servers dead again today. Despite this email from them, I still can't get logged on to their servers.

This is what I was talking about the other day - you can't rely upon QCharts as a primary trading tool. Flakey service, and no one that will take your call or answer an email that I can find!

Quote.com has always been this way, I subscribed to them years ago for simple quotes and had similar issues... glad to have backups in place.

Servers in one of our farms developed service issues today. Clients who were connected to these servers have been been routed to our redundant server farm in a different location. During the initial period during the switchover you may have experienced slowness as the servers processed new customer logins and data requests, but it should be back to normal now.

We apologize if you experienced a disruption in service. We will continue to do everything possible to prevent interruptions such as this from happening in the future. Thank you for your patience. We appreciate your business and will continue to work hard to keep it.
