#1 it is at the beginning of the alphabet.

#2 company does not want to spend the $$ until it gets some orders for product.

#3 company does not HAVE the $$ to do the audits right now...or at least does not want to spend it there.

I do believe that the company will be reporting though ... perhaps sooner than some think.

for now...I am looking for a major turnaround. My assessment - downside minimul -- upside potential HUGE. but just my opinion. I am speculating - having seen the product - that it will make it to market.

I think the only thing that stands between .15 and 1.50 is orders for product.

some patience is on order :)
again - all this is just my opinion - this is not a buy or sell rec and personally I think you should have your head examined if you trade penny stocks.
