When is the quiet time up 30 or 45 days? With them any time is quiet time! Hope they are using this time to sign with major Pharma. At end of quiet time want to hear that they have $100 million up front and 30% of the gross. If they dont do this think they should hire a first class financial and marketing consultant. When science guys get into marketing and finance they can have problems. just a comment from a retired new products marketing guy from a Dow Jones firm.
