Actually, you are quite mistaken. It is quite profitable to invest in a company at the exact moment a toxic convertible is ending, as I pointed out. This is because once the selling pressure is lifted, the stock pops back up. As the companies know their stock is being held down, they don't bother to release news until the conversion is finished, which helps the price rise even more. However, since ORXX has stated officially that no toxic convert is taking place, I guess none of this applies, right?
