FWIW, here is a summary of Morgan Stanley's view of ICO's announcement and its affect on G* "We view this development as positive for Globalstar. The company has now had two of its competitors eliminated due to their inability to rase further funding. The Mobile Satellite Service market is now virtually free of competitors. Should projections for the satellite telephone service market turn out to be even remotely on target, Globalstar is poised to capture a huge share of that market." "Management has had a tremendous demand for handsets and is pushing the providers to ramp up production."
