Warren, where can I find this 10-K? I checked EDGAR and didn't see it.
You raised concern about the delay in FDA approval of AWARE. Is it truely a delay to the point where it raises doubt as to approval? The delay has been discussed somewhere on this forum and the opinion is that either the FDA is in no hurry to get a 3rd approval out the door or that the "FDA has it in for Chemtrak". I thought I read that the expected approval time is now late spring of this year. I sent a note to Mr. Covell asking about the delay and will post any information if he replies.
