Tenchusatsu, good interview with Barrett from PC Week. This was my favorite quote:

BARRETT: Well, you've got to make your server backbone as reliable as your phone backbone. That's why we have all the talk about "five nines" reliability [meaning 99.999 percent up-time]. We get some of that today.

But then, you all know me as a RAS freak. He's talkin' the talk, which is important.
