The competition in the market place in which LCC operates is intense.

LCC had a head start in the industry as they were formed in the mid 80's, they had no major competition for at least 5 years.

Since the early 90's a number of new agressive consulting companies have being started with state-of-the-art software. Their market share is being reduced each year.
