Uncle Clive, I think your post answers you own question. The bet was placed in Belmont Casino. Isn't that a licensee of SNMM? So then the bet was not placed in SNMM's casino, i.e. worldgaming.com. But even if there are some minor differences of interpretation of law, it should not be a big thing. SNMM did not have the intent of violating the law and was following its attorneys advice in good faith. No big thing. I don't see the criminal intent that unscrupulous shorters are trying to imply permeated SNMM's business practice.
