REW, I agree with most of what you said with one exception. TSIG (RG and PH) need to clean up their act and stop making false and mis-leading statements. i.e. The Nettaxi start date, the new pp deal start date, the signature deal start date etc, etc,. Next week, next week, next week...is there an echo in here?

PS Since no new PP funding has been announced I suspect we are still drawing down the old floor less PP.
