It is not likely that information would leak from Genome Securities. They are a three-person firm in Scranton, PA. There will be offers for Cistron, because they have 8 figures in cash. Someone will at least offer the cash value, in order to get CIST's patents, royalties (tiny) and HMR deal potential for free. A cash-strapped company might acquire CIST for stock at current value, which would be equivalent to selling shares without discount. Yes, there will be offers.
