Deja vu all over again. Another day and another bus plunges into a lake and another 40, 50, 60 or whatever number of people are killed. deccanherald.com Guess what happened to the inquiry commission that was supposed to be looking into a similar accident that occurred in the same state a couple of months ago... Either the bureaucratic nitwits in charge of the investigation have gone into hibernation or the findings of the commission have not been made public because it is "against the national interest" or some such crap.
