I am incredulous as to how anyone (Flea) can think that this income/gain from the short sale is not reportable. YES IT IS!!!!! Whether it be income or capital gain it hass to be reported to the taxman. Flea needs to do some research before making these preposterous comments. Jester P.S. I'm in the business!!!!
