Yesterday I lifted a total of 47,100 pounds.

got that out of doing 520 crunches on a weight machine at varying weights. My set includes weights ranging from a measly 70 pounds to a max 130 pounds.

Someday I want to get where I can lift the whole rack on reps... (i don't know what the full rack is, haven't bothered checking yet...) It will happen cause when I started 70 pounds was hard ... now its easy.... and 130 was undoable (even once) now I can do 15 at a time...
