UC, excellent post. great information outlining unnecessary risks taken by this company. I appreciate your thoroughness and actually figured that if anyone would come up with this, you would. Fortunately for Starnet, this is minor stuff that will and can be settled by fines. I have to sat from experience and have posted on other venues that i found Starnet support easily replaced....I believe my comments were that kids could be taken off the beach of Antigua and provide the same content as long as they could speak english.
