Highly amusing indeed. Your observation of the obvious seemingly interminable quiet period has probably already been observed by most on this thread, but what the heck, why not repeat it anyway. Maybe someone hadn't noticed.

My comment was intended to indicate that if, if, a contractual arrangement is being negotiated, then the parties who are negotiating are forbidden from trading the company's stock. I've no idea whether this is a factor in the current situation.
