(NewsTraders.com)-- Kaufman Brothers analyst Vik Grover today increased his
price target on "accumulate"-rated Ursus Telecom Inc. (UTCC) to $16 from
$11.

After discussions with management, the analyst believes the company's new
business model will enable Ursus to realize significant cost savings, noting
specifically that the company's Internet telephony initiative should increase
margins.
