Oh yeah right ... DMEC came to me as has four others since then which I did not do anything with because I did not think the companies were sound and two more just recently which I am posting on neither of the threads ... Also the 20K he wanted was from outside source that was support to PR and they did not get the contract so Chuck went to the company to get them to honor the promise.

Now there is not anything wrong with that but I have never written a tout and published it for use to promote any stock for compensation.

Now why would he be willing to write a tout for people to read and possibly buy this stock when he is slamming it ... I question a person's integrity when that part of his character can be bought. If he felt the company was solid enough to write an article or tout for money then why is he negative now after being rejected. Where is the integrity?

ALSO the stock for the claims is what I find to be against the laws of the SEC I find it amazing the bashers slam anyone who posts facts or make any type of write up to sucker poor investors but let one of their own get caught and the guy even admits it and posts the dang agreement then the slammers conveniently execerise the ole Nixon routine. He was going to write a tout and sell the 20000 shares for the tout into the market PLUS sell the 20000 dollars worth of stock to pay for the claims.

Now if that is not a pump and dump I do not know what is.

Also I have a problem with you knowing or maybe you don;t, but I doubt that since you are out to harm this stock anyway you can as represented in your posts, that Larry wont be back till Sept 1 from vaction. ALso I got most of my information from the BLM and you seem to not be able to get anything at all even after it is given to you.

ALso you seem to call the state when you should call the BLM ... ALso you know the mine has been inactive and trying to use that as another scenario on the permits which are also not up to date. Your twisting of information and attempting to slam this stock is obvious.

Yes I question your integrity and your posts because I do not know my backside from a mine but I can see through your obvious BS.

I also realize there are forces that read all the mining threads for scams because the industry is fraught with them.

There is a lot I have learned and there is a lot I have learn from reading and calling the BLM and state and others in the industry. To date I cannot rely on your posts with any shread of confidence that you are being professional, unbias and forthright.

I just let you twist your web on the web ... I am learning as I am having fun. I respected you once but once you came here with convenient scenarios I learned real quick you were not being forthright. I have corrected you too many times on your posts and so forth. That makes me wonder if a guy that knows nothing can stand up to you what have you done in the past to other mining companies?

But I believe when Larry gets back the Aqua whatever plan will be updated ... Also the bond and reclaim and all will be inplace before the operation of the mine is put into play.

Also I believe the HGP will work in a commerical application. ALso I do not think I am alone either since the gold mining industry is dead just about. Lots of small mines are abandoned. SO the HGP if it works opens up a lot of potential.

Gambled on a lot less than that in the OTCs.
