I will reserve my judgement of Chuca's attempt to pedal his claims and his services to ORXX. I want to see what kind of a deal Blackburn received for Santa Maria. When he started negotiations I believe he was looking at 5 million shares when they were around $3.00. I find it amazing that he would have settled for 5 million shares when they were on their way down through the .30 range. The company has not made this information available to their share holders yet and had not issued the shares when they posted yesterday's stock position. As a shareholder I believe I have a right to know this information.
