I believe the secondary offering is going to be in the $10-12 range
which I think the stock is worth, and it is my understanding that
the underwriters are of the same opinion.. I don't know the name
of the underwriters, but believe they will be major names in Wall St.
For this to happen I realize the stock will have to rise prior to
the underwriting. Whatever the price, WSII will end up with a
substantial amount of money to be used for acquisitions.
