Grabbing/taking now while asking for forgiveness later seems to be the strategy. This is a really surprising move to see happen so quickly. There's a vast store of trust built up in our government. Again, milking it now while we are all asleep and before we can understand, much less organize, seems to be their strategy. Peace. Notice - I didn't sign "GO!!"
