If you have not received your proxy statement (I know several who have not) please call Michelle AAmodt at (801)328-8700 and she will fax you a signature card. THE DEAL WILL CLOSE JUST AS SOON AS THEY GET 50% VOTING FOR THE SALE. TELL OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT FONIX GET THE DEAL CLOSED BY SEPT 3.
