here is something that happened to me in r/l... about 3 weeks ago i could not get into the place where I work we use smart cards... I was eventually told they had been y2k testing. It took 2 days before my card worked again. The person that spoke with me on the phone basically said they moved my number with one of the unused numbers. In otherwords, they didn't fix it. All they did was postpone the inevitable... I just hope that if I have to get a new job like at duneram.com that my new job won't y2k lock me out of a building!!
